About Tonia Dry
Tonia is excited to be a part of Pediatric Orthopaedic Associates. Before joining, she had worked as a Physician Assistant with the Georgia Neurosurgical Institute in Macon, GA for six years. Among many other things, this is where she sharpened her skills for spine surgery and plans to continue improving her skills with her assistance on specialized pediatric spine cases at Pediatric Orthopaedic Associates.
Mrs. Dry acquired her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Mercer University in Macon. She then attended the Mercer University School of Medicine where she obtained a Masters of Public Health. Lastly, she obtained a Masters of Science of Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Savannah, GA. Tonia is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants.
Tonia was born in Macon, GA and recently relocated to the Atlanta area. She is happily married with a baby on the way. During her free time she enjoys cooking with her husband, reading, and playing softball.
