7/12/22 8:15am Our phone lines are currently working. For most of the afternoon on 7/11, an upstream phone service provider that our phone vendor uses, experienced a major outage that impacted customers all over. We worked to keep patients updated via website messages and called patients back quickly who sent messages via our website but we know this was not ideal. We did not have an option to reroute calls or play notice greetings because our vendor was impacted as well. We are sorry for the inconvenience and have extra staff available to answer calls today. Thank you!
